> development, implementation and evaluation for a comprehensive marine and
> coastal resource educational program for the adult and youth of Charlotte

> Programmatic responsibilities include: sustainable marine fisheries,
> coastal environmental and water quality, coastal recreation and tourism,
> artificial reefs, environmental and water quality, waterfront utilization,
> bay management, seafood safety and quality, coastal and marine
